It is well known that attractive breasts contribute to a woman’s sense of femininity, attractiveness, and well-being. For this reason, breast surgery including augmentation, reduction, lifting (mastopexy), and reconstruction is the largest single category of plastic surgery. My practice has a special focus on revision breast surgery in order to correct some of the problems that can occur and this has led to the development of concepts such as the internal bra, the split muscle technique, and other ways to improve results.
