
Megan C. Gray, MD.
Dr. Megan Gray is a board-eligible plastic surgeon who is ecstatic about joining the team at Phase Plastic Surgery. Dr. Gray grew up in the Pittsburgh area but relocated to the Pacific Northwest after training to be closer to family and was quickly smitten with the area. She earned her medical degree from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Neuroscience and minors in Chemistry and Music. She completed her integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY, where she was recognized for her academic excellence and dedication to resident education, receiving awards including the Division of Plastic Surgery Resident Academic Achievement Award. She has a strong foundation in research and scholarly activity, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national meetings, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Plastic Surgery Research Council.
Dr. Gray values patient outcomes with a meticulous approach to patient care. Prioritizing patient goals with what is surgically feasible allows her to develop a close relationship with patients and achieve excellent results. She is especially passionate about women’s health as one of the few female plastic surgeons in the area. Her clinical expertise includes reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, especially of the face, breast, and body.
Beyond the operating room, Dr. Gray enjoys engaging with the community through medical education and didactics. Outside of medicine, Dr. Gray is an avid runner, violinist, scuba diver, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys cooking, hiking, kayaking, camping, and traveling with her husband.
