Botox/Daxxify in Seattle

Daxxify® is also a Botulinum toxin type A neuromodulator. “Daxi” is made with a unique peptide, which enables the active toxin molecule to bind faster and stay longer. For this reason, the onset of the effect is rapid, but the results may last up to twice as long. We were among the first in the country to have access to Daxxify® because of our extensive experience with injectables and dedication to achieving excellent results. Clinical studies show that the median duration of effect with Daxxify is 6 months.

Letybo is a prescription neuromodulator that relaxes targeted facial muscles to soften dynamic expression lines. Like Botox® and Daxxify®, it is used in areas where repeated movement creates creasing over time, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. The goal is subtle smoothing while keeping your facial movement natural, so you still look like yourself.

Most patients begin noticing changes within a few days, with full results typically developing around one to two weeks. Effects are temporary and gradually wear off, so maintenance treatments help keep results consistent. During your consultation, we assess your muscle strength, symmetry, and goals to determine whether Letybo fits your plan.

As previously mentioned, Botox®, Daxxify®, and Letybo® are neuromodulators that contain the botulinum toxin. Both treatments are cosmetic injectables that block nerve signals to facial muscles, preventing muscle activity.

As a result, the skin above them tends to crease less, which softens your lines over time. This approach works best for expression lines rather than wrinkles caused primarily by sun damage or volume loss.

The most commonly targeted muscle is the “corrugator” between the eyebrows, where it causes the worry lines known as “11’s.” Relaxing the muscle with a neuromodulator removes the scowled expression, creating a more relaxed and friendlier appearance. Seattle patients seek Botox/Daxxify/Letybo® treatments to improve existing lines and prevent future wrinkles from forming.

Our goal with neuromodulator injections is to reduce harshness while preserving your personality and natural movement.

Neuromodulators are typically used where repeated expressions create lines that show even when your face is at rest. Many people in Seattle request Botox/Daxxify/Letybo treatment for forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet. Some people also consider subtle brow balance or lip-line softening, depending on their facial structure.

We evaluate symmetry and muscle pattern before placing any product, since minor adjustments often create the most natural change. With anti-wrinkle treatments, the plan should match your face, not a template.

At the start of your appointment, we will ensure you are comfortable and answer any questions you have about Seattle Botox/Daxxify/Letybo treatments. Once ready, your specialist may provide a topical anesthetic to numb the area and keep you comfortable. Some patients don’t require this, as Botox®, Daxxify®, and Letybo® treatments are quick and relatively painless, but an anesthetic can be provided if patients are uncomfortable around needles. Small injections of the chosen product will be strategically placed in the targeted area with a tiny needle. Typically, treatments only last around 10 to 15 minutes.
