Alison, RN, BSN
Alison is a skilled Nursing Director and Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Phase Plastic Surgery with a rich background in healthcare. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Siena Heights University and currently pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Gonzaga University. Alison’s diverse experiences span from renal oncology to pandemic nursing. Transitioning to plastic surgery in 2022, she has become a valued Nurse Manager, OR Circulator, and Aesthetic Injector at Phase Plastic Surgery since March 2023. Alison’s commitment to aesthetics underscores her patient-centered approach, promoting inclusivity and self-assurance. Her multifaceted role and dedication exemplify her mission to elevate patient care in aesthetic medicine. Beyond her professional pursuits, Alison finds joy in spending time with her identical twin sister and nieces, embracing outdoor adventures, exploring new coffee shops, and maintaining an active exercise routine. This holistic approach mirrors her commitment to elevating patient care in the realm of aesthetic medicine.
Nikki, RN, BSN
Nikki graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Washington. She is accredited in cosmetic injections by the American Medical Institute as well as Allergan Aesthetics Medical Institute. Before coming to Phase Plastic Surgery, she worked at Providence Regional Medical Center as an Oncology and Telemetry Nurse. She came to Phase Plastic Surgery originally as an Operating Room Nurse but now has an additional role of Cosmetic Nurse Injector where she specializes in the administration of Neurotoxins and Fillers. Aside from being a nurse here at Phase, a big part of Nikki’s life is being active; whether it’s weightlifting at the gym, high intensity workout classes or taking her 4 dogs out on a walk!
