I have been extremely happy with my tummy tuck! I don’t believe I was an easy case. Prior to my surgery I had recently had twins and multiple stomach hernias. To say my stomach was very torn up from having multiples is an understatement. I am happy to say I have not had one hernia since my tummy tuck, going on 4 years now!

"Specialized in Complicated Cases"
Dr. Baxter is an angel. I went to him after I had a bilateral partial mastectomy followed by reconstruction, and then I had to go back and have a complete mastectomy with reconstruction. By the time Dr. Baxter saw me I was mauled and hopeless. I went to Dr. Baxter because he specialized in complicated cases, and he is well known for his artistic abilities. I didn’t know I was going to have Michaelangelo himself sculpt a new chest for me! I look beautiful which is amazing considering I felt like a zombie from walking dead after 11 operations with 3 surgeons. He nailed it, like home run, world series! His staff is hands down incredible and super sweet. I wrote a review because I truly love Dr. Baxter for saving my 30’s and all the work he did to make sure I was happy and looked great. You couldn’t ask for a better surgeon with a charming bedside manner. Let him help you!!! He is the best.

Dr. Brown has been my cosmetic surgeon for over 30 years. I first met him in the emergency room in San Francisco where he repaired my calf which had been cut open by a shard of crystal that sliced through a trash bag. Subsequently, I had him remove excess fat around my stomach which was so successful that my family doctor had him do the same thing to her.
A few years later I had a facelift which I was very happy with. Then about eight years after that he tightened up my neck, which I was also very happy with. Just two years ago I had another facelift which now, two years later, looks even better than when it was first done .
Dr. Brown is a meticulous artist. He helps you to look better, but not “lifted”. Without reservation I would recommend him to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery. A delighted and loyal patient.

"Appreciated Dr. Baxter's Honesty"
I met Dr. Baxter in 2002 and after he reconstructed and corrected a prior breast augmentation (done by another surgeon) in 2003, I documented my experience in Oxygen Magazine. I have since been to Dr. Baxter for various other procedures including an implant replacement and have also accompanied family when they visited for consultations. Not only is Dr. Baxter an extremely skilled surgeon, but he also has a wonderful bedside manner and will only accept you as a patient if he feels that he can truly make a difference. He has no qualms letting you know if surgery is not a good option, or if he feels that your health or weight are not quite where they need to be in order to undergo surgery. My family and I have always appreciated Dr. Baxter’s honesty as he has his patient’s best interests at heart. One of my family members was advised that she did need to lose a bit of weight prior to undergoing surgery. The advice was delivered in a very compassionate and nonjudgmental way with the explanation that being over a certain BMI could lead to an increased risk of complications from surgery. We appreciated that Dr. Baxter wanted to minimize complications as much as possible even if it meant less business for him.
Dr. Baxter is surround by a wonderful staff. Lori, his patient coordinator, has taken care of me from my very first visit over ten years ago. She has been nothing but kind, compassionate and caring. Even though I am not local to Seattle I would never hesitate to travel there as I feel safest in Dr. Baxter’s hands.

Dr. Baxter did my tummy tuck. It is amazing!! I’m now considering breast enhancement. He and his team were very reassuring the entire time. I was very nervous about the drains. The nurse took them out while we chatted and I never knew. I highly reccommend Dr. Baxter and his staff!

I’m two months post-op and stunned by the fabulous work performed by Dr. Baxter. I’m so happy with the way my breasts look now, even two months post surgery. Dr. Baxter exceeded all expectations by an order of magnitude. This is truly the best plastic surgeon I’ve ever met, (literally out of hundreds), and by far, the best results I’ve ever gotten (out of tens of doctors). I will never go to another plastic surgeon as long as I live. Came in with a truly horrific result from another doctor. I had no breast tissue at all on my right side. I had little skin left to work with, extremely deep scarring, and most reconstructive surgeons thought it was so bad that most of my consults refused to take on my case for even the largest amounts of money. I often described my old right breast (pre-Dr. Baxter), to others as ” what it might look like if your breast was macheted off by a blind person “. Whereas my friends thought the scarring and misshapen lump on my right side prior to Dr. Baxter’s miracle work insisted that it, “looked less like the result of a hatchet, because it was so jagged and irregular, and more like I’d suffered from a terrible shark attack”.
There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how amazing Dr. Baxter and his entire staff performed in my case in terms of surgical skill, patient sensitivity/consideration/treatment, complete lack of pain, ridiculously fair pricing, patient office materials, patient follow-up care and consistency and permanence of the most beautiful, subtle and natural results. Anyone who forgoes putting their case in Dr. Baxter’s miracle hands and instead substitutes ANY other doctor will really regret their decision. I’m a super beauty junky, having gone to other surgeons In San Diego, Santa Barbara, Beverly Hills, South Carolina, New York and even Brazil without ever witnessing surgical results better than his.
